Algie “Earl” Van-Dusen, 80 years, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Earl was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to parents Algie Earl and Verlie Pearlie (Sheridan) Van-Dusen on January 19, 1941. Earl was raised and educated in Hominy, Oklahoma. He graduated in 1959 at Hominy High School. Later, he continued his education at a trade school for computer and data entry. He moved to Tulsa and made it his home. He worked for his brother, Bill Van-Dusen, at 7-11 in data entry in Tulsa.
Earl is survived by: brothers, Raymond and wife Susie Van-Dusen of Skiatook, Oklahoma; Kenneth Van-Dusen of Lavaca, Arkansas; sister, Hazel Scott of Ada, Oklahoma; several nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
Earl is preceded in death by: parents, Algie Earl and Verlie Pearlie Van-Dusen; brothers, Virgil Van-Dusen and Bill Van-Dusen.
Services for Earl will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Hominy, Oklahoma with Reverend Carl Brown officiating. Interment will follow services at A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma.
