Bill Billy Freeman Newport, Jr. Obituary Bill Billy Freeman Newport Jr., age 63 of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away April 27, 2011 in Stillwater. Billy was born June 19, 1947 to Bill Freeman Sr. and Kathleen May (Brewer) Newport in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Billy had worked at the shelter workshop as a laborer. His mother and father preceded him in death. His Memorial Service was Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the A.J. Powell Pavilion with Pastor, Jeff Moore officiating. Interment was in the A.J. Powell Cemetery. Powell Funeral Home of Hominy, Oklahoma made the arrangements.
