Brian Edward Eggleston

Brian Edward Eggleston was born October 13, 1973, in Norwich, New York to Silas and Sharon Eggleston. Growing up as the youngest child in a sibling group of seven was not easy. If it wasn’t one of his three brothers picking on him then it was his two sisters. It was his siblings who gave him the nickname, “Pig Pen.” At the end of his kindergarten year, Brian won the chickens that the class had raised; so, he started to raised chickens at home.

Brian lived in New York until he was about nine when the family packed it up moved across country to Farmington, New Mexico. Brian went to school and enjoyed his teenage years. As he was getting closer to finishing school his family relocated to Hominy, Oklahoma, where Brian attended high school and earned his GED.

While at Hominy High, Brian found a young lady that he fell in love with, Donya O’Neal. They were married June 6, 1998, where they had a beautiful wedding in the yard of a family friend. Brian and Donya raised four children.

Brian worked for Webco industries and was about to celebrate his twenty fifth year with the company. He has held different positions within the company and received multiple awards during his time with Webco. In his early working days, he was a pipe tester for Davis Pipe Testing Company.

Brian was a quiet person and liked to hang out in small groups. Brian loved his motorcycles. He enjoyed riding and just being on the open road. Halloween was the holiday that Brian enjoyed. He would decorate his house, and everyone wanted to come see and get scared.

Brian Edward Eggleston, 49, passed from the life on May 26, 2023, at home in Hominy, Oklahoma

Brian will be greatly missed by all who know him. He is survived by his wife Donya; his children Adrianne Walker, Andre (Autumn) O’Neal, Jared Eggleston, Katlin (Karl Swanson) Eggleston and MyKayla Eggleston; two grandchildren Aurora and Stephen; his mother Sharon Eggleston; his brothers and sisters Thomas Eggleston, James (Vonda) Eggleston, Dan (Becky) Eggleston, Tina (Gregory) Reese, and Katrina (Paul Huckfeldt) Dungan. He was preceded in death by his father Silas Eggleston, Jr; brother Aaron Eggleston; grandparents Silas Eggleston Sr, Minnie Eggleston, Annamay Hammerly.

Funeral service for Brian Eggleston will be 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Powell Funeral Service Chapel in Hominy, Oklahoma. Arrangements have been provided by Powell Funeral Service, Hominy, Oklahoma
