Christine Joan Hamilton - Noear

Christine Joan Hamilton - NoEar, 88 years, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018, at her home in Pawhuska.

Christine was born in Pawhuska, OK, on August 30, 1929, to Otto Sr. and Josephine (Pryor) Hamilton.

She worked for the BIA, and retired from there. Christine was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Pawhuska, and the Native American Church.

Christine is survived by one daughter, Bonnie Pratt, of Pawhuska, eight Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, ten Great-Great Grandchildren, and her brother, Otto Hamilton Jr., of Pawhuska, OK.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, two Daughters, Patricia Murray-Kent, and Pamela Murray, one son, Lawrence Murray Jr., and Brothers, Maurice Hamilton, Melvin Hamilton, Eugene Hamilton, and William Hamilton.

Indian Services for Christine will be held, 8:00AM, Monday, February 26, 2018, at the Wakon Iron Chapel, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, with Johnny Redeagle officiating.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00AM, Monday, February 26, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, with Father Sean Donovoa officiating. Pallbearers will be: Myron Redeagle, Jasper Clark, Oliver Littlecook, Corbin Malone, KC Bills, Michael Kidder, Nate West, and Sean Standing Bear. The Head Cook will be Katy Tingtella, Cedar Man will be Timmy Lookout, and Watermen will be William & Timmy Shadlow. Interment to follow at Pawhuska City Cemetery.
