Clarence Wayne Sain

Clarence Wayne Sain, 67, of Rockdale, Texas, formerly of Cleveland, Oklahoma, passed away, Wednesday, July 15, 2015. In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale, Texas handled arrangements. Clarence was born on October 12, 1947 in French Camp, California to Wilbur James and Mable Louise (Pruden) Sain. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1967 and served in the Vietnam War. Clarence married Cora Ann Woodworth on May 14, 1972 in Travis County, Texas. He worked as a mechanic all his life and retired fifteen years ago. He had a love for boats and fishing as well as motorcycles. He enjoyed hunting, taking trips and working on his model airplanes but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cora Ann Sain; his parents; and his brother, Donald Sain. Clarence is survived by his sons, Jonathan Sain and wife Kristie of Rockdale, TX, Charles Joseph Sain and wife Linda of Stillwater, OK, and Thomas Sain and wife Donna of Rockdale, TX; daughter, Judy Potter and husband Kerry of Rockdale, TX; and grandchildren, Mikah Sain, Timothy Sain, Cora Sain, Daisy Dekle, Donald Dekle, and Leo Dekle.
