Clyde Delane Underwood Clyde Delane Underwood, 46 years, passed away at his home in Hominy, Oklahoma on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Clyde was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 20, 1968 to Jake and Patricia (Ragsdale) Underwood. Clyde graduated from high school in Vernon, Texas, but spent most of the remainder of his life in Hominy, working in oilfields and on the pipeline. Clyde is survived by: his mother, Patricia Underwood; 1 sister, Michele Underwood; 1 brother, Ronnie Underwood, all of Hominy, OK; 2 nieces: Lacey Dawn Hayes and Kelsey Lynn Hayes; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Clyde is preceded in death by: his father; his sister, Patricia Underwood; and his grandparents. Funeral services were 1:00 PM, Friday, February 20, 2015 at The Calvary Worship Center in Hominy, Oklahoma, with the Pastor Bud Tibbles officiating. Pallbearers were Jimmy Oleson, Mike Oleson, Christian Drummond, Clifford Hayes, Catfish Neugin and Donald Burrell. Honorary pallbearers were Ronnie Underwood, John Parks, Philip Puckett, Sam Shorey, Michael Shorey, Ted Faulkner, Pat Faulkner, Brett Brady, Scott Brady and Keith Hollis. Musical selections were: "Simple Man" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, "A Country Boy Can Survive" by Hank Williams, Jr. and "Me & Bobby McGee" by Janis Joplin. Burial followed at Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by Powell Funeral Home in Hominy, Oklahoma. powellfuneralservice.com
