Donald was born in Harrison, Arkansas on August 21, 1950 to Buster Manning and Helen Cooper.
Donald was married to Sharyn Manning for 43 years. Donald worked as a journeyman for more than 30 years. His job allowed him to travel, working on seven nuclear power plants, he also worked on the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, Missouri.
Donald is survived by: two daughters Mandy Boyer and Amy Behrens, two son-in-laws, five grandchildren, sister Debbie Johnson, five nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
He was proceeded in death by: wife Sharyn; brother, Doug Manning; father and mother Gene and Jo Manning.
