Emma Clarice Johnson

Emma Clarice Johnson was born on January 31, 1921 in Asama Michigan to Anthony Angelo Bicigo and Mary Josephine Passomoni Bicigo. She passed from this life on Saturday, July 19, 2014 in Pawnee Oklahoma having reached the age of 93 years, 6 months, and 19 days. She married Wallace “Wally” Johnson on May 21, 1944 in Renton Washington, and he preceded her in death on July 25, 1993. They moved to Pawnee from Renton in 1945. Emma is survived by her children, Darlene Jennings and her husband, John, of Tulsa; Ross Johnson and his wife, Carol, Pawnee; Walter Johnson and his friend, Darlene, Jennings; and Melody Moles and her husband, Bobby, Maramec; and her siblings, Norma Johnson, Charles Hill and Jerry Hill. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, son, Spencer Johnson, and her siblings, Albert Bicigo, Adeline Westcott, Gerald Hill, Marie Mulqueen, and Betty Switzer. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the First Christian Church, Pawnee, Oklahoma with Rev. Tom Scott officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma
