Geraldine Hunter Teichmer

Geraldine F. Teichmer was born on April 13, 1933 in Yale, Oklahoma the only child of Jack Hunter and Pearl Graham Hunter. She passed from this life on Thursday, May 9, 2013 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma having reached the age of 80 years and 27 days. She married Don J. Teichmer on July 3, 1954 in Ralston, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on September 17, 2003. She moved to Sand Springs from Pawnee in 1955 and was affiliated with the Baptist Church. She was employed at Stage Department Store until her retirement at 78 years old. Geraldine is survived by: Children:Terri Worthington, Mannford, Oklahoma Ronnie Teichmer, Sand Springs, Oklahoma Lori Archer, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 5 Grandchildren:Shannon Worthington, Colorado Dafney Leonard, Ralston, Oklahoma Amanda Boykin, Mannford, Oklahoma Alicia Glanz, Coweta, Oklahoma Autumn Archer, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 11 Great Grandchildren Plus a number of other relatives, and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Riverside Cemetery, Ralston, Oklahoma, with Ray Archer officiating, under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
