Joe Morgan

Kenneth Joe Morgan Jr. was born on December 26, 1954 in Wichita Kansas to Kenneth Joe Morgan Sr. and Mary Porter. He passed from this life on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma having reached the age of 59 years, 9 months, and 18 days. He graduated from Kilgore High School with Honors, and was a longtime resident of Pawnee prior to relocating to Maramec. He was a member of the Teamsters Local Union No. 516, and loved fishing, hunting, watching OU Sooner Football, Dallas Cowboys football, and watching westerns. He married Terri Summy Palmer on December 22, 2000 in Maramec, Oklahoma. Joe is survived by his wife, Terri Morgan of Maramec; mother, Mary Taylor, Fairfax; his siblings, Wes Morgan, Nowata; Cindy Green, Masham; Ronnie Morgan, Pawnee; Carma Morgan, Fairfax; Russell Morgan, Pawnee; and Penny Taylor, Edmond. His children, Kenneth Joe Morgan III, Monterey, Indiana; Dustin Palmer, Ralston; Duane Palmer, Pawnee; Shelby Exum, Pawnee. Fifteen Grandchildren, and another one on the way, plus numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Joe Morgan Sr. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Woodland Middle School Cafeteria in Ralston, Oklahoma.
