Judith “Judy” Ann Middlebrook, 76 years, of Cleveland, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Judy was born in Hominy, Oklahoma on December 3, 1942 to parents David “Lester” and Onetta (DeShane) Ikenberry. She was raised and educated in Wynona, Oklahoma where she graduated high school in 1961.
Judy then made her home in Hominy. She worked at the Hominy Pump & Supply with her previous late ex-husband Thomas, where they co-owned and operated. Judy enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and school activities. She loved being active with her children and grandchildren.
Judith is survived by: daughters; Carrie and husband Greg Crane of Broken Arrow, OK, Raelene McCullough of Pawhuska, OK; son, Thomas C. and wife Brandy Middlebrook of Hominy, OK, sister, Katy Butts of Pawhuska, OK; grandchildren, Tori and husband Heath Willcox of Hominy, OK, Keith and wife Kate McCullough of Cleveland, OK, Rachel McCullough, Thomas S. Middlebrook of Stillwater, OK, Sarah Hancock of Broken Arrow, Jackson Hancock of Broken Arrow, OK, Ryan Merriman of Cleveland, OK.
Judith is preceded in death by: her parents, two sisters and one brother.
Visitation for Judy was Monday, October 21, 2019 from 1:00pm-5:00pm, Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 9:00am-8:00pm. Funeral Service was held at 10:00am on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 with Wayne Brown officiating. Pallbearers were: Terry Hollowell, Brian Hollowell, Hubert Hollowell, Otis Ikenberry, Rick McCullough, and Ryan Merriman. Musical Selections were: “I Can Only Imagine” and “Amazing Grace”. Burial followed services at the A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma. After burial, family asked if that you could join them at the Antioch Christian Fellowship in Wynona, Oklahoma.
