Marilyn Cecil Grezlik, Willard, Taylor, 88 years of Wynona, Oklahoma passed away peacefully, Monday, April 5, 2021 surrounded by her family.
Marilyn was born July 24, 1932 in New Cumerston, Ohio to Clyde B. and Clara Winifred S. Cecil, she was raised by Clyde B and Frances Cecil. She graduated from Bowerston High School in Bowerston, Ohio. She worked at Graces Restaurant in Tappan Lake, Ohio, she also worked at Scio Pottery in Ohio. After attending Bartlesville Technology Institute, she received her certification as a surgical technician and worked at the hospitals in Fairfax and Pawhuska.
Marilyn enjoyed spending time with family, spoiling her pets, cooking (she had quite the sweet tooth), and reading. She amazed her family with her quick wit and great sense of humor and interest in using the latest technology. She loved her flowers, plants, gardening, feeding the squirrels and birds, and being outdoors.
Marilyn is survived by: children, John R. Grezlik and wife Jane of Levittsville, Ohio; Penny Seed and husband Paul of Centuria, Wisconsin; Perry Grezlik and wife Nancy of Gnadenhutton, Ohio; Tamyra McGuire and husband Ocie (Bud) of Sulphur, Louisiana; Joni Stanton and husband Leo (deceased) of Wynona, Oklahoma; Tonya Willard of Stillwater, Oklahoma; sister, Patty Evans and husband Duane of Bowerston, Ohio; 15 grandchildren, Dori, Kalin, Shannon, October, Laura, Travis, Regina, Alycia, Taylor, Lynetta, Brian, Matthew, Derek, Charlee, and Donielle; 23 great grandchildren, Nichole Ann, Ella, John William, Alana, George, Taylor, Mallory, NaKayla, Camille, Lyla, Kade, Jenna, Trevor, Lexi, Lily, Kaleb John, Graycen, Kerrigan, Thea, Mya, Gracie, Addalie, Olive; and one great great granddaughter, Alauna; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
On December 20, 1997 she married Don Taylor who passed away on January 18, 2010. On August 21, 1970 she married Charles Willard in Wynona, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 10, 1995. On June 4, 1950 she married John Grezlik in Hagerston, Ohio. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Clyde B. and Frances J. Cecil, and Clara S. Winifred, a granddaughter, Nichole “Nikki” Grelik, sister, Virginia Lusnia, and brother Robert Murphy.
Private family services will be scheduled at a later date.
