Paxton Lee Cole Owens Obituary Graveside services for Paxton Lee Cole Owens, 21 days old, of Hominy, Oklahoma were held Monday, November 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the A.J. Powell Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma with Bud Tibbles officiating. Paxton passed away on November 14, 2013 in Hominy, Oklahoma. He was born October 24, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Shawnna Maker and Scott Owens. Paxton is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents: Chris and Becca Maker of Hominy, grandpappy Brian Brower, paternal grandparents: Allen and Sunny Owens of Wynona; great grandparents: Olen and Vivian Whitson of Wynona; John and Judy Artussee of Weleetka, Oklahoma, Bruce and Wanda Maker of Hominy; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends that will mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents Oscar and Ina Mae Owens, maternal great grandparents Pat and Stan Sweeden, and 2nd cousin and namesake Ginny Nicole Horn. Interment was under the direction of Powell Funeral Home. Music selection for the service was "Godspeed".
