Ralph Edward Beattie, of rural Blackburn, passed from this life on February 17, 2025 at the age of 75 years. Ralph was born July 3, 1949 in Pawhuska, OK to Neal E. and Betty Joe (Higgins) Beattie. He was raised and received his education in Enid and Ponca City. Ralph served in the US Marine Corp, being honorably discharged as a Corporal. He was united in marriage to Judith Ann Green in Fort Worth, TX in 1983 while he was living there. In 2009, they moved to Hominy and in 2010 moved to their rural home near Blackburn. Judith passed away on February 16, 2022. Ralph had an interest in model trains and horses.

Ralph is survived by a brother Bobby of Dalhart, TX and a sister Karen Volkman and her husband Rolland of Hominy. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife, Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, sisters - Mary Beattie and Wanda Chambers, brother Randy Beattie and his grandparents - Bill & Leona Beattie and Eugene and Eula (Martin) Higgins.

There will be a family graveside service in the A J Powell Memorial Cemetery, Hominy. Arrangements are under the care of the Powell Funeral Home of Hominy, OK. www.powellfuneralservice.com
