Richard Corey Souleret Obituary Richard Corey Souleret, 76 of Hominy, Oklahoma passed away on June 28, 2011 at his residence. He was born July 19, 1934 in Washington, D.C. to William and Henrietta (Reeder) Souleret. Richard served his country in the Marines during the Korean War. He worked as a heavy equipment Mechanic with TG Construction/Excavating and as a welder. He loved eagles and was patriotic to his country and the Marines; he was a life-member of the VFW. He is survived by four daughters: Sheryl Jeanne Burns of Fountain Hills, Arizona, Charlotte "Char" Patterson and husband Tom of Hayesville, Ohio, Paula Thomas and husband Sean of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Renee Townsen of Overland Park, Kansas; a son: Richard "Chuck" Souleret of Blanco, New Mexico; 15 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren: a brother William Souleret of Glenn Allen, Virginia; three sisters: Jeanne Hartranft of Turbotville, PA, Mary Lyons of Harvey Lake, PA, and Ann Murreddu of Williamsport, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a grandson Erick. Private family services have already been held. Cremation service was under the direction of Powell Funeral Home.
