Steven Floyd Lewis

Steve F. Lewis was born on September 3, 1968, in Tulsa Oklahoma. He was the son of George and Maymie Dennis. Steve grew up and lived in Yale for almost his whole adult life until moving to Pawnee in summer of 2012. Steve passed away from this life on March 11, 2015 in Pawnee Oklahoma having reached the age of 46. Steve was united in marriage to Jana Crownover on July 4th 2003. Steve spent most of his adult life doing a job that he was highly regarded for working his way up to be one of the top welders in the State of Oklahoma. In his free time he liked to play pool and hunt. But his passion was for Fishing and Deer Hunting. Steve was survived by his wife Jana Lewis, and son Randy and his wife Sarah Lewis and three grandsons Sebastian, Liam and George Lewis. Brother Garry Lewis and three brother in laws Eddie Crownover Jr., Tony Jeffreys, and Michael Jeffreys. Mother in law Judy Fixico. With numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. Steve was preceded in death by his parents George and Maymie Dennis, and Vernon Lewis. His Grandmother Grandma Walker. Also his sister Clarice Fisher-Haga. Memorial will be held at 3 pm on Sunday March 15th 2015, at the Poteet Funeral Home Chapel in Pawnee, Oklahoma with Pastor Randall Newby officiating. Food and Fellowship will follow at the Pawnee First United Methodist Church. Services under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc.
