Thomas Middlebrook

Thomas "Tom" Ray Middlebrook, 75 years, of Hominy, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home in Hominy.

Tom was born in Santa Ana, Orange County, California to Melvin Ray and Erma Margaret (Cable) Middlebrook. Tom attended high school in Pawhuska Oklahoma and graduated from there. Tom married Fonda Gale McElroy on February 9, 1989 and they made their home in Hominy.

Tom is survived by: 7 children: Carrie Crane and her husband, Greg of Broken Arrow, OK, Dr. Brian Keith Middlebrook and his wife, Julie of Midland, TX, Raelene McCullough and her husband, Rick of Cleveland, OK, Thomas Middlebrook and his wife, Brandy of Fairfax, OK, Jacob Middlebrook and his fiancée, Ashton Rusher, Ashley Haviland, and Thomas Randall Goodman, all of Hominy, OK; 12 grandchildren: Tori, Keith and Rachel McCullough, Thomas Middlebrook, Sarah and Jackson Hancock, Emma and Cole Middlebrook, Sydnee Morrill, Tytan Goodman, Zachary Haviland, Zain Haviland; 2 sisters: Rita Fugarino of Wichita, KS, Cheryl Jech and her husband, Terry of Berryhill, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tom is preceded in death by: his parents, and his granddaughter, Aubree Paige Haviland.

Visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Hominy 9 AM - 8 PM, Thursday June 8, 2017.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 9, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Hominy, Oklahoma with the Pastor Garry McDevitt officiating with interment following at the A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy. Pallbearers are: Larry Dedmon, Marty Horton, John May, Scott Rusher, Dr. Tom McGinnity, Rick McCullough, Terry Jech and Kennon Lett. Honorary pallbearers are: Ronnie DeLong, Don Clemishire and Wayne Brown.
