Victor Hoobler

Victor Keith Hoobler was born on November 6, 1952 in Pawnee Oklahoma to Harold M. Hoobler and Zoe L. Spears Hoobler. He passed from this life to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 having reached the age of 60 years, 3 months, and 7 days. He lived the first few years of his life in the rural Blackburn area, and in 1956 he moved with his family to Pawnee. He attended Pawnee Public Schools, was active in FFA, and graduated with the Class of 1971. Upon graduation he was employed as a diesel mechanic with Dennis Equipment in Pawnee. Upon the closing of Dennis Equipment he worked for his uncle farming and ranching until he had to retire because of health problems. He enjoyed his work, his horses and pets, being out of doors, and most important his family and friends. Victor is survived by: Mother:Zoe Hoobler, Pawnee, Oklahoma Brother:Dwight Hoobler, Pawnee, Oklahoma Plus a number of other relatives, and many friends. Victor was preceded in death by his father, Harold Hoobler. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 18, 2013 at Poteet Funeral Chapel, Pawnee, Oklahoma with Rev. Chan Ray officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
